“Renewable resources” means the recurring and non-depleting indigenous resources or technology as set out in the first column of the Schedule of the RE Act 2011. The list of renewable resources covered by the FiT includes the following :

Biomass is defined as non-fossilised and originating from indigenous plants animals and micro-organisms

Small hydro is defined as the production of electricity by harnessing the power of flowing water from lakes, rivers, and streams

Solar Photovoltaic
Solar photovoltaics offer consumers the ability to generate electricity in a clean, quiet and reliable way.
